Shipping Info & Tips
Cavitrons & Cavijets:
- Ideal box size is 12" x 12" x 10"
- Include Foot Pedal
- No need to include inserts
- Water & Air lines are optional
Curing Lights:
- Make sure the handpiece is well protected using bubble wrap or
similar packing material
- No need to ship Fiber Optic Insert
General:
- For repairs, please complete and enclose our shipping form with
your package. We will direct you to the on-line form when you
call in.
- Shredded paper is a good packing material when sealed in a
plastic bag.
- A delivery signature is not necessary.
- Shipping Insurance is also optional.
We pre-qualify all service needs and ask that you make contact with us
via phone or e-mail. We'll provide you with our
shipping address / label, and other helpful information. Shortly
after receiving your item, we'll contact you with
a repair cost and
seek your approval prior to doing the work.
