• Ideal box size is 12" x 12" x 10", US Mail Large Flat Rate Box also works
• Include Foot Pedal
• No need to include inserts
• Water & Air lines are optional

Curing Lights:

• Make sure the handpiece is well protected using bubble wrap or similar packing material
• No need to ship Fiber Optic Insert

Statim Sterilizers:

• Must be packed in original shipping carton using original foam packaging
• Full Value Insurance is mandatory, paid by the customer in both directions.

General:

• For repairs, please complete and enclose our shipping form with your package.  We will direct you to the on-line form when you call in.
• Shredded paper is a good packing material when sealed in a plastic bag.
• A delivery signature is not necessary.
• Shipping Insurance is also optional.  Service Star Dental not provide return shipping insurance unless you specifically request it in writing.
